Let’s face it, the housing market in Ohio, especially the Greater Columbus Area, is tough for buyers. I know how this process can go, when I bought a house, the closing got delayed for 15 days because the seller was waiting for a document from the probate court! My goal as a real estate agent is to guide you through the process of buying a home, to be your advocate. I want to make the process seamless and enjoyable, but more importantly I want to make sure I communicate at the highest level so you always know where you are in the process. Whether that is communicating with your lender, negotiating with the seller, or writing an offer, you as my client will be my foremost priority.
I have a degree from The Ohio State University. Before I began working as a real estate agent, I was a banker. While I worked home loans, both refinance and line of credit loans it sparked a flame of interest in working as a real estate professional. Due to my background in this area, I can navigate the lending process quickly and painlessly.
In my personal life, I am a Westerville Central graduate and have lived my entire life in the Greater Columbus Area. I am an avid Cleveland Browns fan (you can blame my dad for that) and a Columbus Crew supporter. You will certainly find me at the stadium whenever there is a home Crew game.
